While most microgreens have a much milder flavour compared to their mature counterpart, Daikon Radish is one of the exceptions with the full green leaves having an intense radish flavour. Being incredibly nutrient dense, it has high levels of Vitamins A, B complex, C and E, as well as a large supply of many of the crucial mineral components of a healthy diet, such as manganese, calcium, and iron. As the flavour of these is definitely not lacking, this microgreen variant of radish can be used in place of sliced radish anywhere, such as in salads or sandwiches!
